First Nights Reset (The Book)
This is where the shift begins. Before you change how you respond to wake-ups, your relationship with night has to change. First Nights Reset puts everything back in perspective: not every wake-up is danger, not every exhaustion is failure, and 4–6 total hours (even broken) can be enough for now. It moves you from “I have to fix the baby” to “I have to bring safety back to myself.” Without this foundation, any system stays fragile.
